Return Policy:

  1. Returns and Refunds: 1.1. All sales made on MISS TSU website are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the received product is damaged, defective.

1.2. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 3 days from the arrival date. We will investigate the issue and provide a suitable resolution which may include replacement or repair. 1.3. In order to facilitate our investigation, we may require you to provide photographic evidence of the problem or return the product to us at our expense.

  1. Eligibility for Return: 2.1. In case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will accept returns only if: a) The product is in its original condition and unused. b) The product is accompanied by the original packaging, labels, tags, and any accessories that were included. 2.2. We reserve the right to refuse a return or refund if the product shows signs of wear, misuse, or damage caused by the customer. 2.3. Returns will not be accepted for any reasons other than those stated in section 1.1 above, including but not limited to: a) Change of mind. b) Wrong choice of color, size, or style. c) Delayed delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or transportation issues.
  2. Exchanges: 3.1. MISS TSU does not currently offer exchanges for products purchased through our website.
  3. Cancellation of Orders: 4.1. We understand that circumstances may arise where canceling an order might be necessary. Please note that once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. 4.2. In the event of an unforeseen circumstance or out-of-stock situation, MISS TSU reserves the right to cancel an order and provide a full refund.
  4. Product Descriptions and Images: 5.1. While we make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions and images, there may be some variations in color, size, or other specifications due to factors beyond our control such as monitor settings and manufacturing processes. 5.2. We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, size charts, and images before making a purchase to ensure it meets their requirements.

Note: There might be duties/taxes applicable when you return items to us, so kindly do not ship anything back to us without writing to our customer care. We will not be liable to pay any duties/taxes arising due to return shipment.
